Current Design+Build was the primary contractor for this beautiful custom pool off 49th Street, just north of downtown Austin. A simple rectangular design shines throughout, featuring twin waterfalls, a shallow lounging area, and lights that change colors.
Creating a Complete Outdoor Living Space
The project covered both front and back yard landscaping, artificial turf, a patio, and a built-in cooking space for an upscale look with neat lines and exact angles.
Modern Home Updates
Inside, the project featured almost a full makeover with new floors, kitchen, countertops, lighting, bathrooms, and more. Intentional design connects all colors and materials, while large windows and doors make the ground floor feel centered around the stunning backyard pool.
